A non-refundable reservation fee is payable to secure the property and remove it from the open market. This fee will be deducted from the agreed purchase price upon completion.

The reservation is granted subject to a strict 4-week exchange of contracts deadline, commencing from the date the purchaser’s solicitor receives the draft legal contract documentation.

Should exchange of contracts not take place within this period, the vendor reserves the right to re-market the property without further notice, and the reservation fee may be retained.
