VIEWING POLICY

Currently, there are no restrictions on the viewing of properties in the UK due to Covid-19 however, the safety of our clients is always our priority and therefore, we would kindly ask that you read and adhere to the safety points listed below:

  • We have asked all our clients to let us know if they or anyone living in their property develops any COVID-19 related symptoms and if so then all viewings will be ceased on their property until further notice.
  • We ask that all internal doors & windows where possible are left open, to avoid the necessity of touching handles (Residential Sales Only – Not applicable for our New Home Developments).
  • We request no more than 2 people to attend the viewing maximum, where possible.
  • Viewers must confirm, prior to attending the viewing, that they do not have any COVID-19 related symptoms.
  • Viewers may be asked to wear shoe covers and sanitise hands before & after viewing.
  • Viewers must not touch anything inside of the property. A Sell New team member will open any cupboards if required and sanitise thereafter (Residential Sales Only – Not applicable for our New Home Developments).
  • The viewer must be in a ‘proceedable’ position i.e. their own property under offer or have no property to sell.
  • Sell New Team members will wipe all door handles before and after the viewing with antibacterial spray/wipes.
